Cardiorespiratory Rehabilitation Package Performance Phase

Rehabilitation program aimed at improving the fitness and function of the heart and lungs in more stable medical conditions.

Cardiorespiratory Rehabilitation Package Performance Phase at Royal Progress Hospital includes:

• Consultation with a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist 1 time
• Physiotherapy sessions 4 times, each visit includes:
  • Nebulization session (exclude medication & nebulizer kit)
  • Chest therapy session
  • Active exercise/static cycle session

Terms and Conditions:

• The time interval between consultation and the first physiotherapy visit shouldn't exceed 1 week
• Full payment must be made on the first visit
• Sessions must be attended according to the scheduled appointments
• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and non-reschedulable
• Package are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Package valid for 3 months from the purchase date
